Eichardt's Private Hotel is a small exclusive hotel and late cancellations have a significant impact.

Reservations for stays 5th January – 19th December

If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival a cancellation fee equal to 25% of total stay will apply. A 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked will be charged if the cancellation is received within 7 days prior to arrival. 

Reservations for stays 20th December – 4th January

If the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival a cancellation fee equal to 25% of total stay will apply. A 100% cancellation fee for the entire reservation will be charged if the cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival. 

Full travel insurance, which protects against unexpected changes to your travel agenda, is recommended.
