Following on from a fantastic start to 2015 with the sold out Ostler Vineyards Winemaker Dinner last month, we are very excited to announce the next Eichardt’s Monthly Winemaker Dinner which will be hosted by Claudio Heye of Surveyor Thomson Wines:

“Surveyor Thomson is dedicated in producing exceptional single vineyard pinot noir from their estate in Lowburn, Central Otago. Each year, they seek to make wine which is expressive of their land and climate, wine that reflects the nobility of the pinot noir grape. Surveyor Thomson’s General Manager Claudio Heye has worked in the local Central Otago wine industry for 20 years and is delighted to host an amazing vertical tasting of several vintages (including some rare vintages) of Surveyor Thomson Single Vineyard Central Otago Pinot Noir matched to perfection with Eichardt’s incredible food!”

This very special evening will feature a five-course degustation menu designed and prepared by Eichardt’s Executive Chef, Will Eaglesfield. Each of the five courses has been expertly matched with one of Surveyor Thomson‘s fabulous wines.
