Booking Procedure: We require a valid Credit Card number, expiry date & CVC with which to take a 50% deposit up front to secure your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed once we have received this deposit.
Deposit Policy: a 50% deposit of the total amount will be deducted immediately from the Credit Card provided for guarantee.
A GST inclusive surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions comprising of 1.5% for visa and mastercard & 3% for Amex.
Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay will apply. A 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked will be charged if the cancellation is received within 7 days prior to arrival.
During peak dates 18 December – 30 January, 60 days’ notice is required to avoid 50% cancellation, cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged 100% of booked accommodation.
Full travel insurance, which protects against unexpected changes to your travel agenda, is recommended.
All Tariffs are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (15%).
Penthouse Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay will apply. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: If the city or area in which you permanently reside or Queenstown enters level 3 or above over your booking dates and affects your ability to travel, we are able to amend your booking to an alternative date within twelve (12) months from date of original stay.
